Marcella Brassett is a Tamil-Indian migrant who's previously worked as a campaigner, communications and media manager for Members of Parliament, The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, Islamic Council of VIC and elections. Recently, she was a national organiser for "March for Justice". Marcella's expertise is cross-cultural coaching and empowering people of colour to speak to the media, participate in civil society and lead public conversations on racism, gender and human rights.   She regularly writes and publishes opinion pieces on racial justice and women's issues.
